    If circumstances arise that violate this Charter and risk losing social trust, TOTO’s top management will clearly state their intention to resolve the problem independently, promote identification of the cause, formulate countermeasures, and prevent recurrence, both inside and outside the TOTO Group.

    If issues conflicting with this Charter arise, TOTO’s top management will independently resolve the problem, investigate the cause, establish solutions, and clearly state their intent to prevent recurrence, both internally and externally.

    TOTO’s top management will fulfill accountability requirements, clarify authority and responsibility, and promptly and accurately disclose all relevant information to stakeholders in order to prevent recurrence and take appropriate measures.

    TOTO’s top management will clearly state their commitment to demonstrating leadership both inside and outside the Group to resolve conflicts with this Charter and will take full responsibility for cause identification and recurrence prevention.
