We also make various efforts through call centers to address questions or concerns customers may have when using products.

“TOTO Quality” refers not only to the inherent quality of the product itself but also to assembly and maintenance in case issues arise.
We conduct customer satisfaction surveys by phone or mail for customers who have requested after-sales service, collecting information on customer satisfaction and striving to improve service quality.

We aim to be a company where diverse talent can work stably, grow, and take on challenges, while creating a workplace where all employees can actively play their roles. To achieve this, we are implementing initiatives that promote diversity and reform workstyles.
